The September 2017 issue of the EASN newsletter contains updates on the main recent undertakings of the European Aeronautical community, as well as on some of the upcoming news and events.

The edition contains the agenda of the 7th EASN International Conference, to be held in Warsaw, Poland, between 26 and 29 September 2017. The final agenda includes 250 technical presentations. A presentation-introduction to ECO-COMPASS will be given by Konstantinos Tserpes, Assistant Professor at the University of Patras, Laboratory of Technology & Strength of Materials (LTSM), Department of Mechanical Engineering & Aeronautics.

The 3rd EASN newsletter also includes three interviews with Mr. Hannes Ross (Design Advisor and Consultant for the Swiss Project Solar Impulse), Dr. Christos Vasilakos (Senior Policy Officer in Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking) and Dr. Marien Lubieniecki (Managing Director and Site Leader at GE Engineering Design Center).
